As part of its ongoing service to the community Benson Memorial prepares and delivers Thanksgiving
and Christmas Baskets to many of our less fortunate citizens during these Holiday periods. The foods in the baskets
are donated by the members of the church under the auspices and direction of the Missionary Society
Ladies of the Missionary Society under the leadership
of Sis Annie Blanton, at work in the Church Kitchen preparing "Thanksgiving Food Baskets" for delivery on Tuesday prior
to Thanksgiving Day.
